Question:
Salam...Haaj Agha i have a question, recently i came to know that a person i know is a homosexual and my friends say God made him like that which i know is not the case can you please provide me with a reply..what should i reply to them? jazaakumallah Iltemas e dua!
Answer:
God does not create any one as a sinner. Sinful temptations can never
justify sinful act. Homosexuality is mentioned in Quran , Torah and Bible
as one of the major sins. No one can justify his sins by just claiming that
God made him like that, otherwise every thief can say that God made him
love money which made him a thief and every murderer can claim that God
made him hot tempered which made him a murderer.
Evil desires are not from God but from the person himself.

Question:
Salam Alaykum, A lot of talk has been going around lately that many grand Maraje\\\' are against scholars such as Sheikh Yasir Al-Habib. You have claimed this yourself for example. Can you please provide any evidence from a fair Marje\\\' such as Ayatollah Sistani, Shirazi, Rohani, Khurusani, etc. In which they clearly state that he is ignorant / misguided / munharif or a hypocrite. Such as the fatwa released by Sayed Rohani, which attacks kamal al haydari clearly. If you do not respond then I will assume you have no proof, and that claims which have been made - such as Ayatollah Sistani opposing, him are nothing but exaggerated lies. Again, I remind you that I am looking for a clear fatwa, and not something general - which in the end can be used on anyone. As for \\
Answer:
(My answer does not refer to any person or persons but to the act itself
from whom so ever it may come. If you wish to write any question, please
avoid writing any name because I am not concerned with names but with
actions no matter from whom it may come.)
This is my answer to your question about the act :
We are followers of Ahlul Bayt (AS) and we must obey them in each and every
matter in our faith and practice.
It is a major sin to cause harm to any follower of Ahlul Bayt (AS) in any
part of this earth.
Ahlul Bayt (AS) cursed those who create enemies for the followers of Ahlul
Bayt (AS) and cause killing them in bigger numbers or even harming them in
any way of harm.
Allah (SWT) says in Quran : =E6=F3=E1=F3=C7 =CA=F3=D3=F5=C8=F8=F5=E6=C7 =

The Marje of Taqleed does not respond to each and every one, otherwise he
will not get time to look after the most important matters of the whole
community.
If you want to know whether attacking the faith of others in this way is
right or wrong, you must see whether any of the Maraaje of Taqleed is doing
it or not. If not, then it means that it is wrong according to them.
You may also ask them whether they approve such act, but do not mention
name of those who do it, you just ask about the action ( whether it is
allowed to openly and publicly attack the sacred religious figures of
others which leads to more killing and more hardships for the followers of
Ahlul Bayt (AS) in some areas of the world?.).

This is a Quranic verse saying : TELL MY SERVANTS TO SAY THE BEST .
This means that we have to select best words when we talk to people , and
talk to them as we want them to talk to us.
