AS I AM WORKING IN THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH SAUDI ARABIA. EVERY SAUDI HAS INCREASED THEIR SALARY EXCEPT EXPATRIATES AS WE TOO ARE MUSLIM AND I BELONG TO SHIA COMMUNITY UNDER TAQAIYA.AS YOU KNOW SADIZATION IS GOING ON IN THE KINGDOM AS WHEN THEY RECIEVE ANY SAUDI CONDIDATE THEY EXPELLED US WITHOUT ANY DELAY. MY QUESTION IS THAT I TOOK A LOAN FROM THE SAUDI OWNED AL-RAJHI BANK. CAN I LEAVE MY COUNTRY FOR BETTER OPPORTUNITY WITHOUT PAYING THEIR LOAN AS THEY FOR MANY YEARS WITHHOLD MY HAQUE AS A MUSLIM AS BETTER OPPORTUNIES SOME TIMES COME?
 
Answer:-  It is not allowed to take loan with the intention of not paying it back.
You must pay back the loan as agreed with the people who gave you the loan.

As-salamu Alaikum Sayyidna, A young man in our community wants to go skydiving and participate in other "extreme" sports (bungee), which might pose a risk to one's life; are these allowed?
 
Answer:-  Risky sports are not allowed if there is a possibility of danger.

Salaams, I wanted to do Hajj and would also like to do a zyarat trip god willing, I am 38 years old, do I still for such trips require my parents' permission? Is it incumbent upon me to have their agreement for such trip? I am not married yet, but if I do marry would I still need their permission? jazakallah enshallah Ali Katouzian
 
Answer:-  No permission is required for performing your obligatory obligatory Hajj
whether you are married or not.

Answer:-  Du'a Tawassul and Ziyarat Ashura are very authentic according to all Shia scholars and according to most authentic sources.
