Salaams, Sadqa in the name of Imam e Zamana (a.t.f.s) can be given to Non Shia Muslim ?

Answer:

Yes if the person is really in need, although it is much better to give it
to a needy Momin.

Question:

If I’ve counted all my savings and set aside an amount for khums but then before actually getting the receipt for khums I spend some of the savings, do I need to subtract that amount from the khums amount and then give it or can i just give the amount I had originally set aside?

Answer:

You are not allowed to use the Khums amount before paying it. You must pay
the total 20% of all your savings on the day of Khums.

Question:

Salam alakium Does sayyids also pay khums? Wa Salam alakium

Answer:

Yes of course. Every Sayed who has more than his needs for livelihood expenses must pay Khums on the savings or the amount or goods remaining with him, as Khums, once a year at least. Only poor Sayyed are not responsible to pay Khums because they are poor.

Question:

As-salaamu alaikum sir, I have incurred loss in business and i have to pay loans and creditors. But i do have to keep cash on hand for household expenses, travel and emergencies. Is khums payable on this cash on hand on khums day? I am in taqlid of Ay. Khui (May Allah increase his stature in Jannah)

Answer:

Wa Alaykum Assalam wr
If you have incurred loss and have no saving this year, then there is no
khums on you for this year.
