Question:
Asalam O Alaikum, I live in a government society in Pakistan and house is on the name of my father (government servant). 35-40 years ago, my uncle have constructed some rooms on the land infront of our house (not part of the house). Since that rooms were became part of our house now, I want to ask can we perform wajibaat on that part of land like (namaz, taharat, wajib ghusl etc) or we have to perform them in the actual boundaries of the house. I am the follower of Ayatullah Sistani

your uncle, you have no right to use them with out his permission.*

I am presently in Mumbai and seriously struggling for rizq .By profession I am a pharmacist.My brother in law who is staying 1340 km from my place offered me to open a shop for me as he will do every investment on my behalf.Can I take his proposal and shift to that place with my family.Can u do istekhara for me.. salam alikum sayed duas for your wellbeing. sayed is it allowed if we hire a carpet cleaner to clean carpets , as you know in uk we have fitted carpets , they wash it with soapy water and clean and dry at the same time , will it consider taahir in this condition salam alikum wa rahmatullah

Salaam Sayed, I had a quick question, I tend to give a lot of tips when in the hospitality sector because I feel the staff are underpaid. could this be considered as Sadqa? or Is it better to not give them tips, rather sadqa instead? thank you

Salam Alaykum, I wanted to ask you a very quick question regarding the Amal of Umme Dawood which is performed on 15th Rajab and it is recommended to perform this Amal after zuhr prayers. If this Amal cannot be performed after Zohar prayers due to some commitments, can that be performed in the morning (around 8-9 am)? Thank you
